Ventotene

Ventotene is an island of volcanic origin which is part geographically Pontino the archipelago. The island has an elongated shape and is inhabited by about 600 people. During the Roman period on the island were cotruiti aqueducts, villas, a port and some fishmongers created in rocks tuff. Of these buildings are still some remains very interesting to visit.
